Orientation/registration Sessions

We intake new students weekdays except during closures. Click the Calendar link on the left to get up-to-date information on closures

Hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday, Thursday & Friday, and 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday & Wednesday.

If you are an adult, over age 19, and want to register, you will be required to show THREE pieces of ID. ONE piece of ID to prove your status in Canada and TWO pieces of ID to prove your BC residency. Please click here to see what proper ID is required.

• If you don't bring the proper ID, we can NOT register you.

If you are a NWSS student then please visit your NWSS counselor and then go to room 187 at NWSS. Room 187 hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday & Thursday, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

If you are a High School student from outside New Westminster, who wants to register, you should click to print/view an Under Age 19 registration form and fill in the form including parent permission and counsellor permission and bring ONE piece of photo ID (Passport or Driver's licence or High School ID or GO Card ID) to our site.

The Columbia Square Education Centre is located at #200 - 1065 Columbia Street in New Westminster.

Online courses have continuous intake, so students may be able to start immediately. See the Course Outlines link on the left, for information about our online courses.
